31 Regroup

Definition:

A method used to simplify calculations by reorganizing numbers.*

Example:

Nico has 22 eggs in the fridge. He used 8 eggs to bake a cake. How many eggs does Nico have left?

 

Regrouping is rearranging your numbers to make math problems easier.
